Kids 

We specifically chose 12 Olympic Sports, suitable for kids 3-12 years old.

8 individual and 4 group sports (2 of which with extensions) with the intention of :

 

  • Training all muscle groups, through the multi-leveled techniques and program of each sport.

 

  • Relating sports to positive emotion and trusting that doing so, can only bring joy.

 

  • Learning to support themselves through positive affirmations and creative thinking. Most of all, to really comprehend our moto: “whether lose whether win, “I’m worth” it I will shout within”

 

  • Connecting to their “Inner Athlete”Through meditation and by focusing their energy on the target, the greatest champions can perform miracles
