We specifically chose 12 Olympic Sports, suitable for kids 3-12 years old.
8 individual and 4 group sports (2 of which with extensions) with the intention of :
Training all muscle groups, through the multi-leveled techniques and program of each sport.
Relating sports to positive emotion and trusting that doing so, can only bring joy.
Learning to support themselves through positive affirmations and creative thinking. Most of all, to really comprehend our moto: “whether lose whether win, “I’m worth” it I will shout within”
